Health Condition 1: M171- Unilateral primary osteoarthritisof knee

Interventions

Intervention1: Mobilization with Movement ( MWM): 3 days a week for four weeks. Intervention2: Sustained Knee Joint Traction: 20 min continuously 5days for 4 weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Subjects diagnosed with a score of between 1 and 3 on the kellgren and Lawrence osteoarthritis scale. • Patient who are having any or all type of symptoms of OA ( according to American college of rheumatology criteria for OA knee are pain in the knee and at least three of the following: age >50 years, early morning stiffness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with Knee or hip joint replacement. • Patient with an active infection at knee joint. • Participants with the history of recent lower extremity, spinal surgeries, any deformities with spine or hip. • Any other neurological or musculoskeletal problems associated with knee joint . • Malignancy
