Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both genders above18 years 2.In-patients admitted in Nephrology department 3.Renal impairment patients with infection prescribed with antibiotics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing to participate in the study. 2.Patients with Acute Kidney Injury (AKI).
