Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with triangular fibrocartilage complex injury who are referred for conservative management.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with associated conditions like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fractures at forearm or wrist , general ligament laxity
