Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All males fulfilling the following criteria: Severe hemophilia[Factor VIII Levels <1% of normal at diagnosis]

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Evidence of chronic liver,lung or renal disease. 2.Evidence of morbid obesity. 3.Evidence of prolonged neurological diseases and cerebral palsy. 4.Viral markers positive[HIV,HBV,HCV] 5.Evidence of hyperparathyroidism,thyrotoxicosis,cushing syndrome. 6.On steroid or antiepileptic medication. 7.Evidence of vitamin D deficiency.
