Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria are mainly based on clinical history, presentation and examination findings

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ulcers secondary to burns, uraemia and drugs. Cases complicated with haemorrhage, perforation, and gastric outlet obstruction. Malignant conditions. Patient who have a addiction of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, smoking etc.
