Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mild and Moderate persistent bronchial asthma Subjects who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers Any other secondary respiratory disease Head and neck Surgery Pregnant and lactating women Open wound & epistaxis Diagnosed with other Co-morbidities

Forced vital capacity FVC Forced expiratory volume in 1 second FEV1 FEV1/FVCTimepoint: Pre and Post data will be collected before and after 5 minutes of the intervention.

Saturation of peripheral Oxygen (SpO2) Respiratory Rate (RR) Breath Holding time (BHT)Timepoint: Pre and Post baseline data will be obtained after 15 minutes of steam inhalation
