Health Condition 1: L730- Acne keloid

Interventions

Intervention1: Intralesional Triamcinolone Acetonide: Patients in the 1st group will be treated with Intralesional Triamcinolone Acetonide injection alone for keloid, given once in 2 weeks for 4 month

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed keloids 2. Patient above 18 years of age 3. Those willing for treatment and regular follow-up 4. No topical or intralesional therapy for the last 6 months 5. Treatment-naive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3. Patients not willing to be a part of the study
