Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted with diagnosis of CAP Age – 18 years and above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals less than 18 years Pregnant women Patients with Hospital and Ventilator acquired pneumonia Patients with active tuberculosis, co-existing malignancy, pseudo hyponatremia, on drugs causing hyponatremia Patients with pre-existing cardiac failure, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease
