Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects requiring fixed mechanotherapy with first premolar extractions with maximum anchorage. 2. Subjects in the age group of 15-30 years, irrespective of gender. 3. Subjects of ASA1, ASA2 of physical status. 4. Subjects with positive informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who had previous history of antibiotic therapy within 3 months from the start of study. 2. Subjects who had previous history of anti-inflammatory drugs within a month from the start of Study. 3. Subjects with history of any systemic disease & hormonal imbalance. 4. Subjects with history of drugs altering bone metabolism.
