Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Who give written consent Not practicing any type of yoga or exercise. Full filling metabolic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: having chronic diseases, disability, pregnant and nursing mothers.

1.To study and correlate the effect of yoga practices and dietary modification on perceived stress (Assessed by Cohen’s perceived stress scale). 2. To study and correlate the effect of yoga and breathing practices on physical activity level (Assessed by global physical activity questionnaire). 3. To study and correlate the effect of yoga practices and dietary modification on quality of life (Assessed by SF- 36 quality of life questionnaire). 4. To study and correlate the effect of yoga practices and dietary modification on calorie consumption (Assessed by food frequency questionnaire). Timepoint: 6 months
