Intervention1: ACTIVE tDCS GROUP: Placement of the anode electrode was on the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) and cathode electrode was placed at Cz.The intensity of tDCS was 2mA for 15 mins.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of ankle sprain in the last 2 months. No orthopedic deformity. Willing to participate. Able to read and write English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with ankle sprain for more than 2 months. History of epilepsy. Any Recent fractures. Players with any orthopedic deformity of lower limb or any arthritic conditions.

Balance (Y- balance test) Functional Stability (One leg hop test). Pain (VAS)Timepoint: The outcome variables will be assessed: At the baseline. At 10th day of intervention. At 4th week.
