Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years of age with dirty laparotomy wound including abdominal trauma undergoing emergency laparotomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergone previous laparotomy.
