Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between the age group of 18-35 years. Both married and unmarried. Patients with regular menstrual cycle i.e., 21-35 days and painful menstruation. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)Score >4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic illness like hypertension, diabetes Mellitus, thyroid dysfunction, acute appendicitis, cholecystitis, renal calculi, acute gastroenteritis. Pelvic pathology like Pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometrial polyp. Allergic/ sensitive to NSAIDs.
