Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional hockey players. Players willing to participate. Players who train 5 days a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players having any injury, deficits which results in muscle impairment, spinal instability or balance problem and diseases.
