Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 65 years or older 2.Those who ambulate independently without any assistive devices 3.Individuals with risk of falls(ABC6 4.Individuals with a history of falls in the last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have any neurological,musculoskeletaland psychological disorders 2.Those who have any visual,auditory or sensory impairment

Activities-specific Balance Confidence6 Scale (ABC6)Timepoint: ABC6 measures balance confidence in participants. Balance confidence will be measured on Day1 and after 4 weeks.
