Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosed Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver patients by USG Abdomen, male or female patients of 18-55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease 2. Chronic Kidney disease (CKD) 3. Intestinal mal absorption disorders like colitis, IBS etc

MeasureTime frame
To check any improvement in Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver disease by repeat USG abdomen to know whether there is reduced fatty infiltration in liver by giving nutrition intervention of dried moringa seeds powder 15 gms daily once for 2 months. After 2 months USG abdomen will be repeated and will be compared to previous USG abdomen report to see how much fatty infiltration is reduced or not.Timepoint: 2 months

Symptomatic assessment: To check whether there is symptomatic relief if any, occurred due to Fatty liver like fatigue, malaise, pain or discomfort in the right hypochondriac region after completion of nutrition intervention of dried moringa seeds powder after 2 months durationTimepoint: 2 months
