Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-65 years 2.presence of superior sulcus deformity in anophthalmic eye 3.presence of enophthalmos

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contracted socket 2. Irradiated socket 3. Orbital wall fracture 4. Occurence of anophthalmos at less than 5 yrs of age 5. Infected socket or nasolacrimal duct obstruction ? Malignancy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Proportion of subjects with successful correction of superior sulcus deformity. Success will be defined as >2mm correction in depth of superior sulcus deformity measured clinically. Timepoint: 3months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
• Change in exophthalmometry measured by Hertel’s exophthalmometer • Change in the volume of fornices measured by sodium alginate-acrylic shell technique.Timepoint: 3months
