Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who are unconscious and who are in mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient diagnosed with mandible fracture, oral infection such as thrush or oral candidiasis, oral herpes. 2.Patient who are taking treatment of oral infection/ diseases. 3.Patient whose BOAS score is 16 – 20.
