Intervention1: Ajamodhastaga mathirai: This Siddha herbal drug will be given as 2.7 grams(1 tablet), BD dose with Lukewarm water, for 3 monthsfor the management of Acid peptic disease Intervention2:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Epigastric pain,nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, abdominal bloating, indigestion, loss of appetite ,belching

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation,CA of stomach,appendicitis,acute pancreatitis,chronic alcoholism,cholelithiasis
