Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent ASA grade 1 and 2 Scheduled for elective laparoscopy Cholecystectomy surgery under general anaesthesia Age 20-45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal History of neurological or psychiatric illness Allergic to any drug used in general anaesthesia Chronic pain disorder Peripheral vascular disease Autonomic dysfunction or on any medication causing autonomic dysfunction Unstable haemodynamic status
