Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnostic criteria according to Barany Society A.Physical motion of the person elicits sign(s) and/or symptom(s) in one or more of the following categories, experienced at greater-than-minimal severity: 1. Nausea and/or gastrointestinal disturbance. 2. Thermoregulatory disruption. 3. Alterations in arousal. 4. Dizziness and/or vertigo. 5. Headache and/or ocular strain. B. Sign(s) and/or symptom(s) appear during motion and build as exposure is prolonged. C. Sign(s) and/or symptom(s) eventually stop after cessation of motion. D. Sign(s) and/or symptom(s) are not more adequately explained by another disease or disorder. (2) Frequent Travellers who travels = 30 minutes. (3) Motion Sickness Susceptibility Questionnaire Short-form (MSSQ-Short) =1313 (4) Able to read and understand English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With Neurological Disorders like Stroke, Multiple sclerosis. (2) Other vestibular issues like BBPV, VBI, Vestibular neuritis, Meniere’s disease, vestibulopathies, Labyrinthitis, Cervicogenic dizziness, Otitis media etc. (3) On anti-anxiety drugs, anti-epileptics, antidepressants or sedatives. (4) K/c/o Migraine, Hypertension, dyspnoea, anaemia.
