Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mature permanent maxillary and mandibular single rooted teeth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immunocompromised patients, pregnant and lactating females. Periodontally compromised teeth. Patient with pulp necrosis, periapical radiolucency, sinus tract, periapical abscess. Patient with asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis.
