Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High-risk newborns include all babies <1800g birth weight, <34 weeks’ gestation, and any infant with neonatal convulsions, perinatal asphyxia, hyperbilirubinemia requiring exchange transfusion, hypoglycemia requiring IV Fluids, ventilation, culture positive sepsis, meningitis, inborn errors of metabolism and congenital malformations

-An automated algorithm for analysis of GMA -A gold standard data set for GMA -Validation and remote testing with early referral for any abnormality Timepoint: - The patient will be assessed at 37 - 40 weeks PMA and at 3-5 months corrected age.
