Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the patients admitted in the age group 1 month to 18 years on mechanical ventilation in Paediatric Intensive Care Unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients in whom a specific method of endotracheal suction is ordered by physician
