Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient willing for clinical study having Age group 40-70 years. 2. X ray lumbar spine (AP and lateral view) showing changes of lumbar spondylosis 3. Patients having signs and symptoms of Katigatvata mentioned in classics. 4. Irrespective of genders and caste and socioeconomic class. 5. The Roland and Morris low back pain and disability questionnaire score more than or equal to 5. 6. Low back pain more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not willing for study. 2. Patient having fracture of lumbar vertebra, disc herniation etc. 3. Patients suffering from Pelvic Inflammatory diseases. 4. Patients suffering from any other chronic systemic disorders. 5. Pregnant and lactating mother. 6. Diagnosed case of Rheumatoid arthritis, Gout etc.
