Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with painful menstruations associated with one or more symptoms like low backache ,nausea,vomiting , medial and anterior thigh pain patients with regular and irregular menstrual cycle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with heavy bleeding per vagina. infectious diseases like PID GROSS PELVIC PATHOLOGY AND MALIGNANCY PATIENTS Who had gone under major surgery.
