Intervention1: Calisthenics Training: Participants will undergo 6 weeks of calisthenics training, consisting of 3 weekly sessions with 2 sets of 10 repetitions each, followed by 10 minutes of warm-up,

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Kabaddi players of both gender between the age of 18-28 years who is willing to participate and who are involved in regular kabaddi training at least 3 times per week since last 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with any musculoskeletal injuries in past 2-3 months, any cardiorespiratory and neurological disorders and non cooperative participants.
