Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Current Diagnosis of major depressive disorder (both unipolar and bipolar) as per DSM-V 2)Age range: 18-60 years 3)Either gender 4)Patients who are proficient in either English, Kannada or Hindi 5)Patients who give written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Secondary depressive disorder 2)Uncooperative patients 3)Patients who refuse to give written informed consent to participate in the study.
