Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: parturient undergoing elective or semi-emergency Cesarean section under Spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Placenta previa, preeclampsia; 2. Basal metabolic index (BMI) more than equal to 40 kg/m; 3.Carotid stenosis > 50%; 4. History of cerebrovascular accident or cardiac disease; 5. History of chronic kidney disease 6. Emergency surgery; and 7.Unable to read consent form.
