Intervention1: Bupivacaine and Dexmeditomidine: Ultrasound guided Serratus Anterior plane block in post Modified Radical Mastectomy patients with Bupivacaine and Dexmeditomidine injection and VAS scor

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •Patient giving consent •Age 20-60 years •ASA Grade I and II •American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I–II who were scheduled for modified radical mastectomy for unilateral breast cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of allergy to any trial drugs, presence of coagulation disorders, 2.Infection at the nerve block puncture site, 3.Ingestion of any analgesic drug within 48 h before surgery, 4.History of chronic pain medication use, 5.Trauma or history of thoracic spine surgery 6.Sinus bradycardia, 7.Atrioventricular block and any other conditions 8.Patient not giving consent
