Intervention1: DUPLOSLOT BRACKETS: FORSUS-RESISTANT DEVICE INSTALLED IN SKELETAL CLASS II PATIENTS HAVING DUPLOSLOT BRACKETS. TOTAL DURATION FOR THE TREATMENT IS 9 MONTHS. Control Intervention1: SING

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Skeletal class II div 1 malocclusion with mandibular retrognathism/Hypoplasia. 2) Angle’s class II molar relationship. 3) Both male and female patients. 4) Minimal or no crowding in the mandibular arch and maxillary arch. 5) Minimal or no proclination in both arches. 6) Overjet [7-10mm]. 7) No extracted or missing permanent teeth. 8) Circumpubertal phase of skeletal development CVMI (3-4). 9) No medical history or systemic disease that could affect normal growth of the body or jaws. 10) No presence of any craniofacial syndrome. 11) No previous orthodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Malocclusion other than class II div 1 malocclusion. 2) Previous orthodontic treatment. 3) Patients having any Systemic disease or craniofacial syndromes. 4) Temporomandibular dysfunction. 5)Extracted or missing permanent tooth/teeth. 6)Any facial asymmetry. 7) Presence of any parafunctional habits. 8) Severe proclination or crowding that requires extractions of teeth.
