Intervention1: Cisatracurium: Cisatracurium 0.4 mg/kg(8xED95) has to be given through intravenous route for rapid sequence induction,at 90seconds before intubation. Control Intervention1: ROCURONIUM:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to drugs Patients with difficult airway

MeasureTime frame
Easy passage of the endotracheal tube during intubation with relaxed and abducted view of vocal cords without the patient coughing /bucking during the procedure.Timepoint: End of administration of neuromuscular blocker(cisatracurium/rocuronium) to the maximal supression of T1% in assessment of train of four,which will be around 90 seconds from the administration of the drug.
