Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children Aged 6-8 years old as they were likely to have the cognitive ability and motor skills to self-report their anxiety. 2. Children without previous dental treatment experience. 3. Children with teeth which require only oral prophylaxis, pit and fissure sealants, fluoride application and minimally invasive restoration diagnosed according to ICDAS (score 2-3) 4. Children with moderate to severe anxiety as per (Modified Dental Anxiety Scale)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children whose parents did not give consent for the study. 2.Children who refused to draw a picture. 3. Children who are medically compromised
