Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.age more than 60 year 2.diagnosed with diabetes mellitus 3.both male and female will be included 4.subjects willingness to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.recent lower limb injuries or fractures 2.hypotension SBP 3.recent angina/MI 4.Vertigo 5.visual or hearing difficulties 6.uncontrolled hypertension DBP >100 mmHg 7.recent major surgery within 6 weeks 8. uncontrolled diabetes
