Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 35 years and above 2. All genders 3. Diagnosed cases of knee osteoarthritis, Grade 1,2&3 (Kellgren and Lawrence) 4. Unilateral / bilateral knee OA ( most painful knee will be nominated by the patient and will be considered

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Recent H/O trauma to the knees 2. Ligament injuries or neurological impairment 3. Unstable cardiovascular diseases 4. Recent knee or hip surgery 5. Pain in the knee joint referred from another region 6. Unwilling patients

Severity of Disability by WOMAC Questionnaire (pain, stiffness and physical function), ROM (universal goniometer) and strength of quadriceps muscle (hand held dynamometer)Timepoint: baseline, 5th, 10th and 15th session
