Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All gender participants age between 20 and above with calcaneal heel pain. First - step pain in morning Heel pain during weight-bearing activities Patients with the ability to understand the instructions or complete the questionnaire’s Required patients to have a point of maximal tenderness on Clinical examination over the medial tubercle of the calcaneus participants willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatoid arthritis Diagnosed with any Neural disorders of lower limb Any trauma or localised infection in ankle region. Trypanophobia (fear of needle). Diagnosed with malignancies. There must be no prior history of dry needling or acupuncture treatment in the previous three months.
