Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex presenting symptoms of Avabahuka as mentioned in the diagnostic criteria 2. patient age between 20 and 70 years. 3. patients who wish to sign the written consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and lactating mother. 2.Patients suffering from Shoulder Joint Arthritis. 3.Patients with uncontrolled Blood Sugar Level. 4.Patients who needs Surgical Care or have undergone any Surgical Intervention. 5.Patients having Fracture and Dislocation in the Shoulder Joint. 6.Patients having chronic systemic illness. 7.Patients having any history of Malignancy, Tuberculosis, HIV etc.
