Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with CKD stage 3b, 4, and 5 patients defined by KDIGO guidelines attending Nephrology OPD. 2. More than 60 years of age.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study. 2. Patients suffering from terminal non-renal related illness with an expected life expectancy of fewer than 6 months (investigators clinical judgement). 3. Renal transplant recipients. 4. Patient already receiving maintenance hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
