Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I and II Lower extremity power more than 3 in MRC scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to consent Lower extremity power less than 3 in MRC scale Morbid obesity ASA grade III or more Opioid dependent or addict

Hemodynamic parameters( heart rate, systolic diastolic and mean BP) every 15 minutes 2. TcMEPs at baseline and during major surgical intervention including instrumentation 3.
