Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders, Normal healthy individuals of age group 18 to 45 years who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with Neurological conditions, with recent abdominal and lower limb surgeries, cardiopulmonary problems, with active lifestyle, Musculoskeletal problems, and pregnant women
