Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of 12 or more follicles in each ovary measuring 2–9 mm in diameter 2.Increased ovarian volume ( >10 ml) 3.Ovulatory function (i.e. chronic oligo ?/amenorrhea versus regular cycles) 4.chronic anovulation 5.clinical hyperandrogenism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PCOS with Other Systemic illness such as,Cardiovascular diseases,Diabetes mellitus,Thyroid disorders,Metabolic syndrome, Malignant disease,congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing’s syndrome and androgen ?secreting tumours
