Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women’s with age between 45-65 year 2. Women with 12 consecutive months of amenorrhoea 3. Women who are willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who had undergone hysterectomy 2. Women had undergone radical surgeries for malignancy 3. No hormone therapy (HT) used in the last 6 Months 4. Those who didn’t give informed consent 5. Those who diagnosed with neurological conditions(eg., parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis) and cardio-pulmonary disorders(eg., coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease), diabetic neuropathy, visual impairment which affect physical performance and/or balance, inability to understand or follow spoken commands 6. Diagnosis of cancer 7. Any known case of fracture, soft tissue injury in last 6 months
