Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of either sex with age limit 18 to 45 years. 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)-I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension 2. ASA -III, IV,V,VI. 3. Pregnant females.. 4. Patient with neurological or psychiatric illness, chronic pain disorder, peripheral vascular disease, ischaemic heart disease. 5. Patient with autonomic dysfunction or on drugs which affect autonomic dysfunction. 6. Allergy to any drug used in the study. 7. Haemodynamic unstable Patients. 8. Patients who refuse to give consent. 9. Patients below 18 years and above 45 years.

MeasureTime frame
Compare the change in Perfusion Index to pain stimulus (laparoscopic port insertion) & its variability to subsequent pain stimulus after intravenous (IV) administration of 0.5 µg/kg injection of fentanyl.Timepoint: PI HR NIBP MAP will be noted before intubation after intubation and at the time of pneumoperitoneum (PO). Later the values will be recorded at the time of insertion of the first laparoscopic port (P1) following which a 0.5 µg/kg injection of fentanyl IV will be administered and the values will be recorded at the time of insertion of second (P2) and third (P3) laparoscopic port. Every 1 minute for 10 minutes and then every 5 minutes for 30 minutes HR MAP Perfusion index will be noted.

MeasureTime frame
Compare Perfusion Index with haemodynamic parameters such as Heart Rate (HR) & mean arterial pressure (MAP).Timepoint: After the insertion of the third laparoscopic port, the PI, HR values will be recorded every minute up to 10 minutes & later every five minutes until 30 minutes of surgery. However, the NIBP and MAP values will be recorded every five minutes until 30 minutes of surgery.
