Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.12-16 year old school children of Raichur district 2.Permanent teeth with = 50% of the crown erupted and no fillings on facial surfaces. 3.Permanent residents of the area from birth to 10 years with same source of bore well drinking water in that particular place and school

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with dental caries/restorations on the buccal and occlusal surfaces of teeth 2.Enamel opacities such as hypoplasia 3.Other enamel defects 4.Medically compromised and deformities children 5.Stains other than fluoride 6.Tooth with Crowns, brackets and orthodontic bands 7.Children without consent 8.Not permanent residents of that particular village for first 10 years 9.Uncooperative children
