Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged between 25 to 70 years diagnosed with breast and ovarian cancer in the stage I,II,III willing to participate in the study admitted in the hospital for minimum of three days preoperatively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: who are critical for under treatment of radiation attending either counselling or yoga classes IV stage of cancer with severe medical condition psychiatric illness
