Interventions

Intervention1: Sawangi Flexiforce Expander: Two CBCT scans will be taken for each patient. First just prior to commencement of expansion (T0) and second after 6 months when expansion is achieved (T1).

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with Cleft lip and palate. Patient with constricted maxilla with posterior crossbite.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with any other associated syndrome. Patient with history of previous orthodontics. Patient with absence of teeth which supporting the expansion appliance.
