Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Both gender. 2)Sedentary lifestyle (Low score on International physical activity questionnaire) 3)Age 18 to 25 Years. 4)BMI : 23 – 24.9 (According to Asian classification) 5)Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Physical Impairments that preclude participation in easy yoga exercises. 2)Regular physical activity or yoga practice within the preceding 3 months. 3)Currently following a weight loss diet or planning to start such a diet within the following 24 weeks. 4)Dementia. 5)Diagnosed psychosis that is being treated with psycho-pharmaceutical drugs. 6)Cardiovascular diseases. 7)Diabetes mellitus type 1 or type 2 diabetes requiring insulin. 8)Manifest coronary heart disease or myocardial infarction. 9)Current participation in other clinical studies or planning to enter into a study within the following 24 weeks.
