Intervention1: Anastomosis of donor nerve to few fascicles of recipient nerve(greater auricular nerve): In study group donor nerve(lateral ante brachial in radial forearm free flap or cutaneous nerve

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients more than 18 years age with head-neck tumour reconstruction with a neurotised free flap (free radial forearm flap and free ALT flap)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients lost to follow up Patients not giving consent Patient with flap loss Patients where flap is placed deep inside oral cavity and is inaccessible for sensory assessment Patients expired in post op or within 3 months post op.
