Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Unilateral ACL reconstruction using either All Inside (ST) or Transportal technique (ST & Gracilis) 2)Less than 5mm difference in anterior translation between operated and non-operated limb using KT arthrometer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with - 1. Multiligamentous injuries 2. ACL reconstruction associated with meniscal repair, cartilage procedure. 3. Revision ACL reconstruction 4. Contralateral ACL reconstruction 5. Non compliance to rehab protocol
