Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To include pregnant female between 24 to 28 weeks pog having 75 gm OGTT more than 140 mg/dl but less than 200 mg/dl patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Deranged OGTT before 24 weeks of pregnancy 2. Patients diagnosed with MODY (modified onset diabetes in young) 3. Type 1 diabetes 4. Patients who have neuropsychiatric disorder, cardiovascular conditions or other comorbid conditions 5. Type 2 diabetes 6. GDM control on MNT and exercise
